Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your preferred sign style on our website and enter your custom details at checkout. A design proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours, and once you've approved this the sign goes into production.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your design proof has been approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Custom Designs

Do I get to approve my design before it is made?

Yes, we will send you a digital proof for approval. We will only begin production once you are happy with the final design.

What happens if I notice a mistake after approving my design?

Please contact us immediately. While we will try to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has started.

Can I send my own logo or design?

Yes, we can work with customer-supplied logos or artwork.

Production & Delivery

How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the product and order volume, but typically take 5-7 before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped on a 2-3 days tracked Royal Mail delivery service. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer free replacements?

Yes, if the issue is due to an error on our side or damage in transit, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards and any payment methods shown at checkout.

Is payment taken immediately?

Yes, full payment is taken at the time of ordering so we can begin production once your design is confirmed.

Product Information

Will my sign look exactly like the images online?

We aim to accurately represent all products, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variations in the timber we use.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, our wood is coated in a penetrating preservative and Osmo UV Protection Oil which delays the greying effect 12 times more effectively than bare timber. To maintain your exterior sign in premium condition we recommend reapplying periodically.
